"Move it or lose it" could summarise our whole existence! We have evolved to move! Not just arms and legs, but our spines too! They protect and carry nerves that control everything. Inactivity, injury, age, degeneration, inflammation, injury, or a muscle imbalance, can cause spinal segments to "cease up", causing pain, muscle spasms, or often nonspecific problems elsewhere in the body. Disc injuries in particular can be extremely painful and frightening...
I practice the classic hands-on manual adjustment techniques, as well as using the IQ Impulse adjusting instrument for those who are not fond of the "cracking" noises, or when almost any movement is unbearable. This microprocessor-controlled instrument delivers gentle taps, while simultaneously checking for increased movement. Once maximal mobility is achieved, it stops firing. It mobilizes the spinal segments and resets the incorrect neural feedback, which was causing muscle spasms and pain.
I always add Remedial Massage Techniques to a chiropractic adjustment, as muscular issues are very often the root cause of spinal problems!

With almost 20 years of experience, my clients love my unique, slow, firm - almost meditative technique. Most will fall asleep at some point during the massage...
I usually spend more time on the key areas such as the lower back, glutes, upper and mid-back, while making sure there is enough time left for relaxing neck, head, and face massage...
If you have a specific problem, I'll spend more time on troubled areas and use more advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy or a Myofascial release...

To stay fit, healthy, and pain-free, one has to adopt a habit of regular exercise. Any exercise is beneficial, but weight training is the most effective, as a full body can be done in 45 minutes and 3 times a week is enough to strengthen and grow muscles, increase stamina, increase bone density, lose fat, alter your mood, and so on!
My goal is not to hold your hand forever, I'm here to assess your body, identify weak or unbalanced muscle groups and tailor the exercise to your needs!
I'll teach you the correct technique and help you to create a habit, so you can continue on your own...
I also have my own take on nutrition which might surprise you a little...
The gym is located in my complex together with the swimming pool and sauna. A lot of people book a gym session, then go for a swim (free) and have a massage.

My lifelong interest in health probably started back in 1985 when my brother, a professional javelin thrower, had to go and see a local chiropractor for back problems caused by this discipline. After I moved to Sydney in 2002 I started my studies.
2003 – 2004 Diploma of Integrated Body Therapies at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, covering Remedial, Sport, Swedish massages and Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Shiatsu massage.
2005 – 2007 Bachelor of Nursing at Australian Catholic University and becoming a Registered Nurse.
2009- 2013 Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
