My life long interest in health probably started back in 1985 when my brother, a professional javelin thrower, had to go and see a local chiropractor for back problems caused by this discipline. After I moved to Sydney in 2002 I started my studies in the health field.

2003 – 2004 Diploma of Integrated Body Therapies at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, covering Remedial, Sport, Swedish massages and Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Shiatsu massage.

2005 – 2007 Bachelor of Nursing at Australian Catholic University and becoming a Registered Nurse.

2009- 2013 Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
